All deliveries are handled by world renowned international couriers including DHL.  Of course selecting the perfect gift or picking a complementary piece for your outfit can be something you need advice on. How to keep my jewellery in perfect condition?

What is the return policy:

All sales on Made-to- Order items are final and non-refundable.

Azza Fahmy can accept returns up to 14 days after the receipt of your order.

You have up to 7 days to email us then a further 7 days to send the goods back. This means that the package must reach us within 14 days after you have received your order. Please be aware that the parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

Please read the information below:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Azza Fahmy will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no seal, the customer should notify us by contacting us at customerservice@azzafahmy.com on the same day if they wish to make a return. We advise all customers to check jewellery thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached seals or tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Please note that items should be returned in its original packaging.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) upon receipt, or exchange the item for a different color, if available.

  • Email us at customerservice@azzafahmy.com with your purchase number & item stock number and let us know why you are returning the item.

  • We will get back to you with further instructions and your return confirmation number.

What are the delivery charges? How long for the order to be delivered?

We take great care in ensuring that our handmade luxury jewellery reaches you in good time and perfect condition. We have specially selected partners across the globe to bring the jewellery right to your doorstep.

UK

  • Shipping charges apply
  • A flat fee of £7.00 delivery is added to your order
  • Delivery times – If an order is placed by noon it will be dispatched the same night for delivery within 5 working days if UK mainland
  • Delivery anytime between 7am – 7pm, however DPD offer UK customers a 1 hour predicted window delivery slot

Egypt

  • Egypt Store Front will serve Egypt only (Currency EGP / Free Delivery)

Middle East

  • Our Regional Store serves the Middle East (Currency USD / Delivery $35)

Europe

  • Our European Store Front will serve Europe (Currency EUR / Delivery €20)

The US and International store

  • Our International store handles the delivery and purchase of our jewellery worldwide including the United States of America (Currency USD / Delivery €35)

If you have selected Limited edition pieces you should be aware that due to their extremely handcrafted nature that these creations have different delivery dates within a timeframe of, normally, 15 working days.
